Mettus KS 2
The metal detector Mettus KS2 provides high security in protecting equipment fed by conveyor belts, such as: crushers, wood chippers, pug mills, rolling mills for ceramics, limestone and rubble crushers, and others. The Mettus KS2 not only prevents machines from breaking, but also prevents small pieces of metal from damaging its mechanisms, gradually reducing its useful life.
Through an investment that is only a fraction of the cost to repair a damaged piece of equipment, you will significantly cut down on your expenditure with maintenance/service, in addition to providing increased productivity, since prolonged shutdowns for repair purposes will be avoided.
-Sensor in fiberglass with moisture resistant sealant (IP65).
-Signal control is micro-processed through DSP (Digital Signal Processing).
